Terms of Engagement for

The Broad Money Collective Course

1. Membership Services: Broad Money provides access to The Broad Money Collective, a self-paced online course designed to educate women+ on personal finance. Membership includes:

i. Full access to 26+ video modules, worksheets, and practical tools covering budgeting, debt, investing, and wealth building.

ii. Monthly Live Q&A Sessions for clarification, guidance, and accountability.

iii. Ongoing updates to content based on economic changes, financial regulations, and best practices.

iv. Access is for personal use only; sharing login credentials or course content is prohibited.

2. Fees & Payment: Membership fees are due at the time of purchase. Options include:

i. Monthly Membership: $39/month, billed automatically. Cancel anytime after the first 12 months.

ii. Annual Membership: $399/year, billed annually. Save $69 compared to monthly. Auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime after the first year. Payment confirms your commitment to engage with the course and take control of your finances.

3. Refund Policy: Refund Policy

i. A refund may be considered if the client completes the entire course within 7 days of enrollment and feels it does not provide what was promised. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days.

ii. Refunds requested after 7 days will not be eligible.

4. Client Responsibilities:

i. The member agrees to actively engage with the course material and participate in Q&A sessions where possible.

ii. The member will provide accurate information if submitting questions or seeking guidance.

iii. The member will adhere to any recommended usage or suggested action steps within the course.

5. Termination of Membership:

i. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination does not guarantee a refund except as outlined in Section 3.

ii. Members who violate intellectual property terms or share login credentials may have access revoked without refund.

6. Limitations of Liability:

i. The Broad Money Collective is educational in nature and does not constitute personal financial advice.

ii. While tools and guidance are provided, results may vary based on individual circumstances.

iii. Broad Money is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from course participation.

iv. Decisions and results are the responsibility of the member.

7. Intellectual Property & Content:

i. All course content, videos, worksheets, tools, and materials are the exclusive property of Broad Money.

ii. Members may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any part of the course.

iii. Broad Money reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

8. Monthly Q&A Sessions:

i. Participation in live sessions is voluntary. Sessions may be recorded and shared with other members.

ii. The schedule for Q&A sessions will be communicated in advance.

9. Governing Law and General Information:

i. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

ii. Currency and applicable taxes of the member’s country and province of residence apply.

iii. Broad Money provides education and resources designed to empower members to take control of their finances. It is not a licensed financial service provider, legal, tax, or investment professional.

10. Referral Network: Broad Money maintains a network of trusted third-party service providers for topics outside the scope of the course (e.g., estate planning, tax advice, financial therapy). Referrals are optional, and Broad Money may receive compensation for referrals.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the member and Broad Money and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
